Perfect Palm Guarantee™
We guarantee you will receive healthy, high quality palm trees and plants. If you're not satisfied with the health or quality of your purchase within the first seven (7) days of receiving your plants, please give us a call at (770) 400-9897 or email us at support@atlantapalms.com so we can make things right!

60-Day Warranty
Atlanta Palms offers a free 60 day warranty on all plants and trees. If your plant dies during the 60 day warranty, please give us a call so we can discuss a one-time replacement. Replacement plant shipping cost, taxes, delivery, and installation is at the customer's expense.

Purchase a 2-Year Extended Warranty (optional)
We also have an extended warranty option on most items available at checkout.

Plants and trees are subject to the forces of nature and may not survive due to extreme drought or temperature extremes. We offer a two-year warranty to ease the worry of these acts of God and protect you from loss. At checkout, you can easily add a two-year warranty to any or all of your plants for an additional fee (determined at checkout).

This is a two-year, one-time replacement warranty. Shipping costs, taxes, delivery, and installation are at the customer’s expense. We do require you to submit a photo to verify that your plant has not survived. Once we have verified your claim, we will issue a store credit to order your replacement.

In order for our trees and plants to thrive they require adequate watering, fertilization, and suitable planting conditions. Neglect or purchasing plants that are not suitable for your growing zone void our warranty guarantee. Submitting a warranty claim is easy. Cancelling Your Order
Once you have placed your order by completing the checkout process, your credit card is charged and your order is immediately sent to the nursery for processing.

Packing live plants for successful shipping or transport is a labor of love. We use the best packing materials and employ great care and process so that you receive your plants and trees quickly and in perfect shape for planting. Because your order is processed and shipped immediately, cancellations and changes must be made within four (4) hours of placing your order. Any order that has been packed and shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If you cancel your order after it has been processed but before it ships, you will be charged a restocking fee (25% of your order value). Once your order departs our nursery, it cannot be rerouted.

Shipping
Our distribution center, located in close proximity to our nursery has been distributing and shipping products since 2003. You are in good hands as we have a wealth of shipping and transport experience. Great care is employed to make sure your live product is capable of making a successful journey to your home or business. Orders typically leave our facility the same day or the next business day. Most shipments will arrive in 3 to 5 days from when they ship. There are times when shipments are delayed beyond the provided delivery estimate due to carrier issues beyond our control. In addition to carrier delays sometimes acts of God can delay shipping due to extreme weather. In those cases expect us to keep you informed! Our goal is that you receive the highest quality and healthiest plants possible.

My Shipment Arrived Damaged
Don't worry, we have your back! Given the superior packaging materials we use and the care we put into each and every shipment, it is extremely rare that you will receive a package damaged. That said, damages to your shipment can occur. In the event you receive your package and the box is noticeably damaged please refuse your shipment with the delivery carrier. The carrier will return the damaged box to us for re-shipment. If the package was left at your doorstep and you did not have the option to refuse it, please take some photos and give us a call immediately at (770) 400-9897 or email us at support@atlantapalms.com. We will submit a damaged shipment claim, the carrier will pick up the damaged shipment, and we will reship your order. Please note, we must be notified of a damaged shipment within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery
We deliver within a 60 mile radius of our Alpharetta, GA nursery location. We offer two pricing tiers for delivery. For delivery up to 30 miles from our Alpharetta, GA nursery location the cost is $95. For delivery 31-60 miles of our Alpharetta, GA nursery the cost is $195. For potential delivery beyond 60 miles, please call us at (770) 400-9897.

Installation
We currently only install in the greater Atlanta area. Installation cost varies by product. Once you place your products in the cart, it will display delivery and installation costs. We only install AtlantaPalms.com palm trees and plants. Installation requires delivery by us.

Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of plants and trees.

We do accept returns of non plant and tree products within 60 days of receipt. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Discounts & Coupons
Only one coupon code can be used per order. You cannot combine coupons to receive multiple discounts. Sales tax, shipping, delivery and installation do not qualify for discount. Coupons are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor are valid toward previous purchases.

Plants and trees are living things and subject to the forces of nature. Our sincere wish is to 100% guarantee the success of every plant and tree we sell! Despite that desire, at times nature and other forces beyond our control stand in the way. The conditions that cause plant and tree failure beyond our responsibility are planting in improper growing zones, poor soil conditions, neglect, extreme weather, drought, and disease.

The plant and tree information on our website is based on well known and published nursery standards as well as our own experience. We do our best to provide you with the critical information essentials including growing zones, best practices and care tips. Although the information we provide is comprehensive and well researched, it is important to do your own local fact finding. Every environment regardless of the general overarching climate profile contains specific microclimates that can alter plant responsiveness and survival. No matter what climate you are in, plant and tree survival requires care diligence. It is important to protect your plants and trees from severe wind and weather and to provide regular fertilization, mulching and pruning. We are not responsible for improper handling, planting, exceptional weather or lack of proper maintenance.

Some of the images and videos on our product pages represent plants and trees at maturity to give you a better understanding of your future landscape. In most cases, we provide a main image that shows a close representation of what you will receive.

The sizes of our container trees and plants reference the industry-standard trade gallon. These sizes are smaller than conventional gallon measurements. In some situations plants and trees may be repotted, pruned, or cleaned up prior to shipping. All heights are measured from the soil line to the highest extended branch or foliage.

By purchasing any product from The Atlanta Palm Tree Company LLC, dba AtlantaPalms.com, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item.
