We guarantee you will receive healthy, high quality palm trees and exotic tropical plants that will thrive and you will love. If you're not satisfied within the first 6-months of receiving your plants, please give us a call so we can make things right!
Have a concern? Reach out to us at (770) 400-9897, or email us at support@atlantapalms.com, and one of our Palm Tree Experts will provide the answers you need. If you have a guarantee claim, we will provide you with a one-time store credit for your replacement. We may require a photo to confirm the condition of your palm. Once we receive your photos and verify your claim, we will issue a store credit.
Note: replacement plant delivery, replacement plant installation, and any related sales tax are the responsibility of the customer. Purchasing palm trees or tropical plants that are not suitable for your growing zone are not included in your guarantee. In addition, it is expected you will properly care for the plant immediately upon purchase and or installation. Failure to properly care for your plant will void your warranty.
