When you place your order and choose to do business with USA Palms LLC dba AtlantaPalms.com, you agree to the following terms of service:
Perfect Palm Guarantee™
We guarantee you will receive healthy, high quality palm trees and tropical plants that will thrive and you will love. If you're not satisfied within the first 365 days of receiving your plants, please give us a call so we can make things right!
Have a concern? Reach out to us at (770) 400-9897, via chat or email, and one of our Palm Tree Experts will provide the answers you need. If you have a guarantee claim, we will provide you with a one-time store credit for your replacement. We may require a photo to confirm the condition of your palm. Once we receive your photos and verify your claim, we will issue a store credit.
Note: replacement plant delivery, replacement plant installation, and any related sales tax are at the customer's expense. In addition, purchasing palm trees or tropical plants that are not suitable for your growing zone are not included in your guarantee.
Delivery
We deliver within a 60 mile radius of our Alpharetta, GA nursery location. We offer two pricing tiers for delivery. For delivery up to 30 miles from our Alpharetta, GA nursery location the cost is $149. For delivery 31-60 miles of our Alpharetta, GA nursery the cost is $249. For potential delivery beyond 60 miles, please call us at (770) 400-9897.
Installation
We currently only install in the greater Atlanta area. Installation cost varies by product. You can see the cost of installation on any product you select. Once you place your products in the cart, it will display the combined delivery and installation costs. We only install AtlantaPalms.com palm trees and plants. Installation requires delivery by us.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of plants and trees.
Discounts & Coupons
Only one coupon code can be used per order. You cannot combine coupons to receive multiple discounts. Sales tax, shipping, delivery and installation do not qualify for discount. Coupons are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor are valid toward previous purchases.
Disclaimers
Plants and trees are living things and subject to the forces of nature. Our sincere wish is to 100% guarantee the success of every plant and tree we sell! Despite that desire, at times nature and other forces beyond our control stand in the way. The conditions that cause plant and tree failure beyond our responsibility are planting in improper growing zones, poor soil conditions, neglect, extreme weather, drought, and disease.
The plant and tree information on our website is based on well known and published nursery standards as well as our own experience. We do our best to provide you with the critical information essentials including growing zones, best practices and care tips. Although the information we provide is comprehensive and well researched, it is important to do your own local fact finding. Every environment regardless of the general overarching climate profile contains specific microclimates that can alter plant responsiveness and survival. No matter what climate you are in, plant and tree survival requires care diligence. It is important to protect your plants and trees from severe wind and weather and to provide regular fertilization, mulching and pruning. We are not responsible for improper handling, planting, exceptional weather or lack of proper maintenance.
Some of the images and videos on our product pages represent plants and trees at maturity to give you a better understanding of your future landscape. In most cases, we provide a main image that shows a close representation of what you will receive.
The sizes of our container trees and plants reference the industry-standard trade gallon. These sizes are smaller than conventional gallon measurements. In some situations plants and trees may be repotted, pruned, or cleaned up prior to shipping. All heights are measured from the soil line to the highest extended branch or foliage.

Conflict Resolution and Governing Law
By placing an order or using the information provided on AtlantaPalms.com, you agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia without regard to its conflicts of law’s provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. USA Palms LLC, dba AtlantaPalms.com and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees shall not, in any event, be liable for damages in an amount greater than the original purchase price of the product(s). Should USA Palms LLC, dba AtlantaPalms.com prevail in court, it will be entitled to recoup all costs and attorney fees.
By purchasing any product from USA Palms LLC, dba AtlantaPalms.com, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless USA Palms LLC dba AtlantaPalms.com for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal state and local laws or regulations.
