If you have a guarantee claim, we will provide you with a one-time store credit for your replacement. We may require a photo to confirm the condition of your palm. Once we receive your photos and verify your claim, we will issue a store credit.
Note: Replacement plant shipping costs and taxes are at the customer’s expense. In addition, purchasing palm trees or tropical plants that are not suitable for your growing zone are not included in your guarantee.
